==Clinical features==
Achard-Thiers syndrome affects mostly [[postmenopausal]] women and comprises [[diabetes mellitus]], deep voice, [[hirsutism]] or [[hypertrichosis]], [[clitoral hypertrophy]] and [[Congenital adrenal hyperplasia|adrenal cortical hyperplasia or adenoma]]. Patients often also have [[amenorrhoea]], [[hypertension]] and [[osteoporosis]].
