She was sold for scrap to Thomas W. Ward on [[23 July]] 1919 and broken up at New Holland. *[[HMS Quail (G45)|HMS ''Quail'']] was a [[Q and R class destroyer|Q or ''Quilliam'' class]] destroyer laid down by [[R. and W. Hawthorn, Leslie and Company]], Limited, at [[Hebburn-on-Tyne]] on [[30 September]] 1940, launched on [[1 June]] [1942 and commissioned on [[7 January]] 1943.
