== Religious Importance ==
The first step to famous Chhota Mahadev pilgrimage is supposed to be located in Jamai (the place where the step is located is known as Junnardeo - a part of Jamai). Pilgrims cross seven hills (famously called Saat Pahadiyan) to reach Chhota Mahadev.
== Places to Visit ==
1. Patalkot (83 km from Jamai, it is a village situated between a number of hills in a valley. Sun light touches the village only for an hour during the noon).
2. Amoni Samoni (Approx. 50 km from Jamai, famous for its hot and cold water reservoirs - created due to high quantity of Sulpher in the water.) Its also famous for a religious fair held every year on "Makar Sankranti" 14th January.
