The '''lower subscapular''' ('''inferior subscapular''') is a nerve which supplies the lower part of the [[Subscapularis]], and ends in the [[Teres major]]; the latter muscle is sometimes supplied by a separate branch. It consists of fibres from C5-6 spinal nerves, and branches off the posterior cord of the brachial plexus.
