Prior to that, it was held in various locales including [[Charlotte]], [[Greensboro, North Carolina|Greensboro]], [[Burlington, North Carolina|Burlington]], [[Wilmington, North Carolina|Wilmington]], and [[Morehead City, North Carolina|Morehead City]].
