'''Parker Thomas Moon''' ([[1892]] - [[1936]]) was a [[United States of America|U.S.]] educator and [[political scientist]], born in [[City of New York|New York City]], and educated at [[Columbia University]], where he became assistant professor in 1919. In 1921, he became managing editor of the ''Political Science Quarterly''.
He was a member of the [[American Commission to Negotiate Peace]] in 1918-1919. He was the author of ''A Syllabus of Imperialism and World Politics'', (1919); and ''The Labor Problem and the Social Catholic Movement in France'', (1921). He also contributed to periodicals and year books.
