Ben Ekstedt and Matt Nystrom are the band’s two permanent, full-time members. Ekstedt sings lead vocals while drumming simultaneously. Nystrom provides guitar work and backing vocals along with comic relief. In February of 2004, Threefold traveled to [[Nashville, Tennessee]] to record their second full-length album, ''Through the Torn Curtain''. [[Grammy Award]]-winning producer/engineer Mitch Dane produced the album. Guest appearances on the record include [[Matt Slocum]], formerly of [[Sixpence None the Richer]], and [[Jars of Clay]] members [[Stephen Mason]] and [[Aaron Sands]]. Currently, Threefold is touring the nation in support of their latest record.
