'''Wendy Curry''' is a long-time [[United States|American]] [[bisexual]] [[civil rights|rights]] [[activist]]. She is currently the [[President#Non-governmental presidents|President]] of [[BiNet USA]], the American national [[bisexual]] [[civil rights]] [[organization]], a position she assumed in 2006. Previously she had served as the organization's [[Company secretary|Secretary]].
Ms. Curry is also on the planning committees for both the [[Transcending Boundaries Conference]] and the [[International Conference on Bisexuality]].
In 1999, Curry along with fellow [[United States|U.S.]] [[bisexual]] [[civil rights|rights]] [[activism|activists]] [[Michael Page (activist)|Michael Page]] of [[Florida]] and [[Gigi Raven Wilbur]] from [[Texas]] started the observation of [[Celebrate Bisexuality Day]]. This event has grown in popularity and now a wide variety of annual celebrations take place on [[September 23]] throughout [[Canada]] the [[United States]], [[Europe]] and [[Australia]].
Curry previously from [[Maine]], now resides in [[New Hampshire]] with her husband. She is employed as a [[software engineer]].
